our breads

Our milling partners King Arthur Flour and Lindley Mills provide us with all organic, never bleached or bromated, flour including a variety of heritage grain, sprouted, whole rye and ancient grain. Our technique is working with highly hydrated doughs, long fermentation, and natural open air proofing, baked at high temperatures in stone ovens. Different leavening processes are used, such as our sourdough cultures, fresh yeast and wild raisin water.

Daily variations of European Style Pastries, Giant Crumb Muffins, Caity’s one pound Crack Cookies and a wide array of old fashioned desserts with our famous sprout momma twist.

Boasting the biggest, baddest, tastiest sandwiches in all of the low country, Sprout Momma is dedicated to serving you fresh, local, natural, REAL food. Our scratch kitchen makes everything in house using old school mentality cooking techniques, the best ingredients, and passion to do it the right way. All deli meats are smoked on site daily and we offer an abundant variation of vegan and vegetarian dishes.
