Composed Salad Station
Mediterranean Style Sprouted Whole Grain;
Feta, tomato, cucumber, shaved onion, sweet peppers, garden mint, pepper greens, lemon pesto vinaigrette.

2. Baby Blue Kale Caesar
Shaved bella Vittano cheeses, pumpernickel croutons, creamy caesar vinaigrette tossed to order.

3. Spring Soba Noodle Salad
Bean sprouts, toasted sesame, scallions, roasted peanuts, dried fruit, crispy garden vegetable – ponzu marinate.

Pizza Station Cooked to order
Olive oil ricotta sauce, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, mozzarella
2. Little Neck Clam;
Oregano basil pesto, crushed red pepper, olive oil, parmesan, mozzarella, roasted clams

3. Fromagio;
12 hour oven roasted tomato sauce, fresh herbs, blend of artisan cheeses, olive oil.

Picnic Station
